Of course, I know you all ...... you've been to my classes in the past, at present and hopefully in the future too.
But REALLY knowing who my participants are is just one of the first steps in understanding whether my services are matched to the goals you wish to achieve and more importantly, how you will achieve them.
Knowing your goals or reasons for attending my classes is of great importance and value to me. It helps me to learn; adapt and improve the services I offer.
This wonderful marketing questionnaire :) can be completed totally anonymously. I do not need to know who you are unless you would like me to personally help you with any specific goals.

Why do I actually need your name? Well, it's really only to ask you to help me with answering the questions in any more detail (if needed) and should you be happy to do so of course! That's basically it! I'm not selling on your details. This is just a personal exercise to truly understand who my customers are and what I can genuinely do to help you in any way and how that can help me to attract new class members.
Marketing is crucial in a business and w hether I like it or not, I am in business (I never like to think I am as I'm having too much fun!).
And businesses need to look at ways to improve on services to existing members and how to attract new customers by learning from existing members. It will help me understand who my customers REALLY are when advertising my business.
