What is Seated SOSA?
Seated SOSA Dance Fitness is a fun and fabulous authentic International dance fitness class created to be fully inclusive, so that EVERYONE can take part in SOSA Dance Fitness classes.
Routines are adapted to suit all abilities and health conditions, with special considerations for older adults. From Waltz to Jive, Paso Doble to Disco, or even a cheeky Cha Cha Cha, classes are totally uplifting, fun, lively, nostalgic and energising.

What should I expect?
Every routine is broken down into easy-to-learn sections which can be delivered at different speeds and levels of difficulty, providing a safe and effective workout for everyone. There are plenty of adaptations and alternatives given in class, as well as opportunities to stand (dependant on ability) allowing for progression, so that everyone gets the best SOSA experience! 
Seated SOSA willl help to improve your posture, balance, strength, coordination and cardiovascular health. Boosting your confidence and meeting new friends, Seated SOSA will work wonders, not only for your health but for your general happiness and wellbeing.
