In The Spotlight This Month

Teaching exercise, movement, and dance fitness classes within the local communities of Midsomer Norton. 

Discover how rewarding group exercise and dance can be and put the fabulous into your fitness so that you enjoy and have fun becoming fitter and healthier, believing and feeling confident in your abilities, and just being yourself! 

My classes will make you feel comfortable in being the beginner, the one with two left feet or lack of coordination. They are where you improve and learn in your own time, at your own pace, and with no judgement. Turn up just as you are!
