In SOSA we have over 37 different dance styles so there is definitely something for everyone! 

 

A typical class playlist can feature approx. 11 different styles. But don't panic, playlists usually last for quite a few weeks….

Seated SOSA dance classes are created to be fully inclusive so that everyone can take part in SOSA Dance Fitness.

Dance routines are adapted to suit all abilities and health conditions, with special considerations for older adults....

A light and easy-going popular class that focuses attention on flexibility and movement, getting into those typical tight muscle areas during a 45-minute mainly mat-based class.
