Fitness Class Timetable

All venue classes currently have restrictions in place due to the current pandemic.

The class timetable is subject to change at any given notice. Cancellation policies apply.

What is the difference between an Online class and a Venue class?

There are two types of sessions. 1) Online classes. These classes are live and streamed from my home to yours via Zoom. A link to the Zoom class will be emailed to you on receipt of booking and payment being received. 2) Venue classes. As we slowly return to in person classes there will be a restriction on spaces available per class. Once you have booked and paid for your class you will receive an email notification and I will email you a covid-secure health questionnaire. It is vital that you complete this form and return via email before you attend any classes. (You will only need to fill in this form the first time you book a class with me; it will then be stored according to GDPR regulations).

Can I cancel a class session?

Yes of course! All refunds and credits for venue classes are subject to a 24 hour notice period. I must receive notification via email 24 hours before the class session is due to start. There will be a waiting list for class spaces due to the current restrictions, therefore this will allow me to fill your space. If you wish to cancel a LiveStream class, I must receive notification via email 3 hours before the class starts. For either classes, I am happy to provide either a refund (subject to a £1.00 admin fee) or provide a credit for a further like for like session. You will find the cancellation policy during the booking process.

What payment provider is used?

We use Wix Payment as our primary payment provider and we are fully SCA compliant. They are a international payment provider and are used by a number of household names. WiX accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. If you wan to know more, read Terms and Conditions payments services.

What precautions are in place at the venues?

ONLINE BOOKING & PAYMENTS All classes are now subject to advance booking and payment online. Block bookings are available to encourage class bubbles, however, weekly classes can be booked (subject to availability) Places in each class will be limited. SOCIAL DISTANCING Following EMD UK (national governing body for group exercise) in conjunction with the government guidelines, each class member will exercise within a 3m x 3m marked area. Routines will be adapted accordingly. When arriving to class, please queue outside the hall, remaining 2m apart or stay in your car, until you are asked to enter the venue. CLASS DO'S & DON'TS Please bring your own filled water bottle (there is no access to the kitchen). Please do not bring in any belongings other than car keys as there will be nowhere to put them. Upon entering the venue, please use the hand sanitiser provided, and again when leaving the venue. There will be no toilet facilities or changing rooms available. The volume of the music will be lower - we cannot sing! There is excellent ventilation in place at the venue to provide natural airflow. Windows and doors will be open (where applicable) FURTHER INFORMATION Your safety is my top priority so please help me by adhering to all the rules. Ensure the PAR-Q is completed and returned before you attend any class for the first time. If you develop any symptoms of COVID-19 you must NOT attend class. It is vital that you read all information that is provided via email when making your booking online, including track and trace, self assessment COVID-19 checks, when not to attend class and cancellation policies.
