Teaching exercise, movement, and dance fitness classes within the surrounding areas of Midsomer Norton.
I am very passionate about inspiring women of all ages into group fitness helping them to improve, grow and learn; to build belief and confidence in their abilities, and discover how rewarding group fitness can be so that they enjoy and have fun becoming fitter and healthier and feel more confident in being themselves.
