Hello! I'm Mel and I am a professionally qualified group exercise instructor, teaching dance fitness; functional strength and flexibility; core stability, and balance classes within the surrounding areas of Midsomer Norton.   

I absolutely love what I do and believe doing what you love develops passion which makes it much easier to stay committed to achieving dreams and goals.
